By using this website or booking a service with Foxx Inc, you agree to these Terms.
Mobile service appointments
We are a mobile service: work is performed at the location you provide. Online bookings are requests and are confirmed only when we contact you. You are responsible for providing a safe, legal place to work on the vehicle and permission to be there. SITE_REQUIREMENTS — e.g. level ground, access, property owner permission
Prices shown as "starting at" are estimates; the final price depends on your vehicle, engine, oil capacity, filters and service requirements and is confirmed before work begins. TRAVEL_OR_SERVICE_CALL_FEES — state any travel fee, or remove
Repairs are performed only after you approve an estimate. AUTHORIZATION_AND_ESTIMATE_TERMS — confirm requirements under California Bureau of Automotive Repair rules if applicable
Clean Truck Check testing
Testing results are reported according to CARB program requirements. We do not guarantee that a vehicle will pass. Vehicle owners remain responsible for their own program compliance, including reporting and CARB fees.
Warranties
WARRANTY_TERMS — parts and labor warranty, if any. Do not state a warranty unless one is offered.
Limitation of liability
