Cancelling or rescheduling
Please let us know at least CANCELLATION_NOTICE_HOURS hours before your appointment by calling (909) 569-3922 or emailing foxx@foxxinc.us. Because we travel to your truck, early notice helps us plan our route.
Late cancellations and no-shows
LATE_CANCELLATION_TERMS — e.g. no fee, or a trip fee if we arrive and the truck isn't available
If we need to reschedule
If we need to reschedule due to traffic, weather, parts or equipment, we'll contact you as soon as possible to find a new time.
